All the papers should be presented in the conference in oral or poster.

Oral Presentation

Each oral presentation lasts 15 minutes, including 3 minutes for Q&A. The laptop and other equipments for the presentation will be provided by the conference group. Presenters should get their PPT prepared before the conference.

Poster Presentation

Each poster presentation lasts 5 minutes, including 2 minutes for Q&A. The posters will be assigned in the specific conference rooms. Poster presenters are requested to transfer the home-made posters to the onsite staff 30 minutes prior to the commencement of each poster session. The poster should be prepared in A1 size (vertically), and the template can be downloaded here (Click).

Best Paper Award

The Conference Committee will select 2 best papers among all accepted papers to grant Best Paper Award. The result will be announced at the dinner banquet on May 25, 2024.

Best Presentation Award

One Best Oral or Poster Presentation will be selected from the session, and the Best Award will be announced at the end of session. 

Dress Code

Please wear formal clothes or national representative of clothing.

 

Along with your registration, you will receive your name badge, which must be worn when attending all conference sessions and activities. Participants without a badge will not be allowed to enter the conference venue.

For your safety, please do not lend your name badge to the persons who are not involved in the conference and bring the irrelevant persons into the conference venue.

The conference organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries, or for loss or damage of property belonging to conference participants, either during, or as a result of the conference. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
